What We Do?

We are built by a group of veteran massage therapists who have worked in every aspect of our industry over the past 20-35 years. We have been employed, self-employed, misclassified, and have employed others. That experience enables us to see the needs of our industry and its faults. Collectively, and alone, we have so much to offer the next generation of massage therapist employers.
We want to build a stronger community in our area for those who employ massage therapists, and for those who are employed as a massage therapist. Oftentimes, these individuals are bullied in our industry by self employed individuals who work solo. They are shamed for "taking advantage" of employees, or shamed for being an employee. This is a big problem and we are looking to solve it as much as we can in our area.

We all wander a bit aimlessly at different times throughout our careers, and the solution to getting back on track is mentorship and coaching!
