Tyffani C. Jackson

Tyffani C. Jackson has over 25 years of experience working in customer service and team management. In 2018 she observed the beginning of the current supply-demand challenges and began to navigate them as an employer of massage therapists. With several changes occurring in our industry, we are all navigating this as a collective of educators, new and experienced massage therapists, and employers of massage therapists. Tyffani has been working to understand the changes and how they impact each aspect of our community while seeking and implementing solutions to current industry challenges. Tyffani’s calm demeanor and belief that we are all in this together is a critical component of bringing our community together once again. She hopes to bring employees and employers to the same table in an effort to create partnerships and a healthy relationships within their workplaces.
